Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We would like to ensure we are able to serve all of our patients in a timely manner, as we have a long list of patients hoping to be seen sooner. We understand that life happens and changes occur and with enough notice it gives us an opportunity to accommodate our patients. For this reason we require at least 48-hour notice of all cancellations. Any appointments canceled with less than 48-hours notice and all "no-shows" will incur fees as shown below:
Consultation appointment - $50 fee
Procedure appointment - $75 fee
Our scheduling system will automatically send both a reminder text and/or email to you 4 days prior to your appointment. However, please keep in mind that technology unfortunately fails from time to time and it is still ultimately the responsibility of our patients to remember their scheduled appointments.
